MAN: truck terminal control

MAN Truck & Bus company came to Futurice with a problem: it requires a more transparent logistic process in their terminal control, so that they could transform old fashioned terminals for the future autonomous logistics. The first step in this long journey was to identify the current logistic process in detail and define opportunity areas. As a user researcher and service designer I worked inside of a team of 3 designers and side by side with the client.
