Personio: empty state component

I was a regular contributor to Personio's design system and one of the things that I updated was the empty state component. My responsibilities included researching the standards of empty states, creating a proposal for a new solution, defining empty states across the product, writing documentation, and communicating the change to a wider audience of developers, product managers, and researchers.
